My name is Amanda Pordon, and I just graduated from  Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan with my BFA in Theatre Design and Technology and BA in Communication. Most recently, I finished working on Jesus Christ Superstar. While some stage managers like to stick to one type of show to call, I like to learn and try them all. I've taken the opportunity to try calling dance, opera, musicals, and plays. Most recently, I worked with Ohio Light Opera as Stage Manager on No, No, Nanette and was Assistant Stage Manager on Camelot, How to Succeed…, and Orpheus in the Underworld. I've also stage managed multiple collegiate shows, including Così fan tutte, Twelfth Night, 25th…Spelling Bee, She Kills Monsters, and Exes. When I'm not focusing on theatre, you can find me curled up with my nose stuck in a book.
